Before — An identity that didn’t match the expertise
Founded in 2021 by Sarah Fernandez, S STRATEGY is a luxury design & 3D modeling agency working on multi-million euro projects in Paris and beyond.
Until then, Sarah had tried to build her own branding and website (via Canva and Odoo).
The result? Visuals she didn’t really like, didn’t feel proud to show, and that didn’t reflect either her personality or the high-end value of her services.

During — From black-and-white cliché to a warm, elevated minimalism
With S-STRATEGY, our goal was to craft a timeless, distinctive identity that blends strategy, luxury, and human warmth.
Visual & narrative positioning: A palette inspired by tennis courts and country clubs — deep green, terracotta, touches of red. A refined logo suite with multiple variations for different uses. Strong symbolism: the chessboard and the queen piece as metaphors for strategy and mastery of space.
Strategic approach: A neutral but welcoming identity, one that resonates with both male and female clients. Preparing the brand for visibility with an ecosystem of offers and tools (freebie + upsell) to start generating leads right away.
After — A brand built for growth
Today, S-STRATEGY has:
A high-end identity that’s durable, memorable, and unmistakable. A visual universe that moves away from the rigid codes of architecture while staying elegant. And a strategy to transition from agency collaborations → to a fully independent practice.
Sarah can now proudly showcase her projects and set the foundations for her future client base — with an image that inspires as much confidence as admiration.
