Not Crispy Enough provides strategic consulting services for online service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Crispy Hotline — a one-time 1:1 strategic diagnostic session

  • Ready to Serve — a 1:1 strategic consulting engagement focused on brand and offer restructuring, delivered over a defined period

  • Digital resources and educational materials

All services are customized and based on the client’s specific situation, needs, and objectives.

These services are designed to provide guidance, analysis, and recommendations. They do not guarantee specific financial or business results.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full (or via agreed payment plan) before delivery begins.

Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Payment Plans (if applicable)

If a payment plan is selected:

  • Payments must be made on time

  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

4.1 48-Hour Review Period

After purchase, the client will receive the service agreement/terms within 48 hours.

  • The client may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the agreement if they choose not to proceed

  • After this 48-hour period, all payments become non-refundable

4.2 No Refunds After Service Delivery

Due to the nature of strategic services:

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has started or been delivered

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Participate actively in the process

  • Complete any required questionnaires before sessions

Results depend on the client’s implementation and decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (documents, frameworks, dashboards, strategy, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Not Crispy Enough.

You may:

  • Use them for your own business

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or distribute them

  • Share them with third parties without permission

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during the collaboration is treated as confidential.

However, Not Crispy Enough reserves the right to:

  • Use anonymized insights for educational or marketing purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

Not Crispy Enough is not liable for:

  • Business decisions made by the client

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or opportunities

The client remains fully responsible for their business outcomes.

9. Force Majeure

Not Crispy Enough cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to events outside reasonable control (e.g., illness, technical issues, force majeure).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute:

  • Both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first

  • If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of French courts
