My role is simple: I ask questions most people don’t ask. Why does this exist? Why did you choose this offer, this price, this direction? What were you trying to make happen? And I don’t want vague answers. I want to understand exactly why things were built the way they were so we can actually pinpoint what’s wrong.
Because most of the time? People didn’t truly build their business. They picked things based on what they’ve seen, what seems valuable and what “should” work. But when you ask why it exists? They don’t really know. I’m sure you don’t either. That’s what I catch immediately. The contradictions. The gaps. What doesn’t actually make sense.
