How the Crispy Hotline works


1. Service Overview

The Crispy Hotline is a one-time, 60-minute strategic intervention session designed to identify what is currently blocking your business from converting or selling effectively.

This session focuses on diagnosis and clarity. It does not include implementation or ongoing support.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed once, you must request it via email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not guaranteed.

Additional changes are not guaranteed and may be declined.

4. Cancellation, Refund Policy & No-Show

Cancellations are allowed, but must be requested via email.

Refunds are not automatic and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

This ensures fairness while protecting the limited availability of each session.

Failure to attend the session at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Client Responsibility

By booking this session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in the intake form.

The quality and effectiveness of the session depend on the information provided and your willingness to engage honestly.

6. Scope of Service

This session is a standalone service.

It does not include:

  • ongoing support

  • follow-up consulting

  • implementation of strategies discussed

Any additional work or support will require a separate agreement.

7. Results Disclaimer

While the session is designed to provide clarity and actionable insights, results are not guaranteed.

Business outcomes depend on multiple factors, including implementation and external conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, insights, and recommendations shared during the session are for your personal business use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without permission.
